This is the place we are trampled on and are viewed as "hysterical", "unstable" or "emotionally bitter" while we are in total disbelief of what is happening in this living nightmare.ĭealing with a narcissist or the Family Court System, requires you to be the best version of yourself. What are your preventive practices to maintain your Spiritual Alignment? Your Self-Compassion Alignment? How about your advanced mind-body preparation for the high stress events such as court hearings, forensic evaluations or financial discovery - is your mind and body fully aligned in their highest power to endure such events with strength and reverence? Without being aligned beforehand, you will be escorted by your Ex, and the court professionals, to a very low, vibrational field where it's hard to see clearly or have any hope that you will get through this. This principal applies to other types of misalignments. The key is to take preventive action rather than waiting to have the adjustment once the pain and suffering is present. One suggestion of how to use: the chant should be said slowly, emptying the mind at the end of each repetition after persistent repetition, the mind gradually empties of concepts, and one experiences reality/essential nature as it is, not as viewed through one’s thoughts the mind steadies. Before delving into complex issues of how and why to chant, it is best to establish a simple practice, for the chant itself, not reasoning about it, is what offers access to 'calm abiding' and 'insight.' The chant is not a prayer or a mantra: it is a practice that emphasizes reciting the Buddha’s name and recalling Buddha.
